Partner Leo Glickman wins motion to unseal records in case of Mattieu Burks, who is suing New York State for abuse at hands of prison guards at the Clinton Correctional Facility subsequent to the high profile escape of two inmates. New York State appeals ruling.
U.S. Magistrate Judge David Peebles ordered the records unsealed. The State appealed this decision; the records suggest a cover-up of abuse of inmates such as Mr. Burks who knew the escapees.
